• Create a structure that is easily self-managed
• Create a variety of templates to allow the client to deliver their content in a refreshing and engaging way each month
• Develop a structure to the newsletter which incorporated elements of the clients website thus reinforcing brand identity
• Create a newsletter which focusses heavily on imagery
